Problem with topics updating on topic view (most recent populates first)

Hi Admin Sir,  
Currently when a topic  is updated it does not update on the topic view; it stays in place and just the date is updated.  Can you please add this feature so they update/ppulate on topic view?
Also, great work with the reply (taking email out, shortening captcha, etc). Captcha should be 6 in my opionion,
