Image Upload

Hi Fred & Dev team,
Can we possibly get an image upload for a certain "group" of users?  Maybe on the same page where you can style names, you can add a checklist with the option of "allow image upload".  
This can then be entered into an /img/ folder with the MM-DD-YY-SS added to the name.
Thoughts?
