Its recommended to flash the firmware version for your region, cross flashing can cause problems, to flash latest evo x build, follow below procedure

*Backup data(just in case)
*Flash vendor for your region(just flash only recommended vendor)
*Flash dfe(disable force encryper) you'll find it in my last post
*Flash evolution x
*Restart to system

Dfe is flashed to avoid forced encryption after a vendor update. Its recommended to flash after every vendor flashing.
